Betts hurt! Still start him or someone else?

Postby skinsfan » Sat Nov 14, 2009 9:57 pm

I can start a RB or WR at this spot. Betts is somewhat injured and may not be as good a pick as I expected for this week. Here my alternatives:

Chris Chambers at OAK
Darren McFadden vs KC
Mark Clayton at CLE
Julius Jones at ARI

Would you stick with Betts regardless of the injury reports, or go with one of these guys? This is not PPR.

I woudn't play Betts tomorrow. Hard to believe, but I'd actually start Chambers tomorrow. Granted, it was mostly garbage time, but he had 2 TD's last week. DMC is just back from injury, so hard to start him and I don't like the other two options (clayton, jones).

Good luck.

Can you help me?

First of all, both Betts and Zorn have said he's playing. He's not a fantastic option, but Denver's D has been slipping lately (pains me to admit it as someone who owns them). I think he's worth a gamble.

I don't trust Chambers AT ALL. Don't get snowed by a couple garbage TDs. He's a bad WR who also happens to be his team's No. 2/3 option.
