Whats up with Shipp?

Postby opie » Wed Nov 19, 2003 11:26 am

I saw that Shipp left the game in the second half but no results. Something about a contusion to the leg. Is he hurt or what?
Put some butter on him, cause he's on a roll

doesn't that just mean he has a cut or a bruise or something?
It doesn't need to be in good taste, so long as it tastes good

Cardinals: Shipp hurts so bad “I might scream”

THE NEWS

Marcel Shipp has carried the ball 86 times over the past three games and the heavy workload is starting to take its toll. He was so bruised and battered he couldn’t practice Wednesday, the Associated Press reports. His biggest injury problem, he said, is ruptured bursa sacs in both arms. "It hurts pretty bad," said Shipp, who is listed as probable for Sunday's game. "If you touch it right now, I might scream, but game day's a different story."

OUR VIEW

With Shipp listed as probable, then you can be fairly certain the youngster will play. We'll watch to see that his status doesn't change this week. With Emmitt Smith listed as doubtful, how is a ruptured bursa sac going to keep him from playing?

Ouch. I think my bursa sac may be ruptured too.
