Need some convincing-please help

Laurence Maroney or LT this week? Both Indy and Philly are in the top 15 in run defense but none of the info I have seen has helped me make my decision one way or the other. I do get points for receptions and I'd give LT the edge there, but he seems to be banged up with some sort of hip injury. HELP!

I also have James Jones sitting on my bench. Would you play him over Greg Jennings or Steve Smith (Carolina)? I know that seems like a stretch, but Jennings has been a big disappointment. Or would you play Jones as a flex over any of the two RBs I mentioned above?
