Can Ray Rice save me again?

Postby BearsFan65 » Mon Nov 16, 2009 2:00 pm

PPR league, I'm in first by a game coming into week 10. My opponent has put up the whopping score of 96+ (fractional points). Average for our league is about 115. I picked this week to put up a complete clunker, though. VJax, Mendenhall, and the Viking D/ST were all major disappointments. Schaub and AJ on bye. And we won't even talk about the 24 points from Beanie Wells sitting on my bench right now.

I trail by 20.5 going into tonight's game. He's done, and I have Ray Rice. Rice's last 4 games: 24.8, 37.5, 21.0, 24.6. Can the kid save my butt again (he's done it twice already), or will Cleveland roll over and play dead, giving the garbage time to McGahee and McClain?

I think it might be a combination of the two, but considering it's PPR and they are, in fact, playing the Browns, I REALLY like your chances. I'd say you are in pretty good shape all things considered :-o

I'm praying for 41 out of him in my PPR league, so hopefully he at least gets halfway there, right? :-b

Sadly, neither one of us got there. Good game, but not good enough. First time in over a month he's caught less than 5 balls in a game, I lost by 1.5. Sorry you didn't get yours either - tomorrow's another day, right?

Sorry he didn't get you there man - I really thought you were safe :-/

Just one more rush yard and a garbage reception would have gotten you there, while I, on the other hand, wasn't even close !+)
