I would go with Smith this week. The Giants are coming off of a bye week and will be hungry to end their losing streak, especially in front of a home crowd. Eli showed signs that he may be "back", with his performance in the game against the Chargers. He completed 25 of 33 for 2 TDs and 0 INTs. Atlanta's pass defense has been mediocre, at best, and even worse on the road.
Brees has been looking Colston's way less than usual in the past few games, which could especially hurt in PPR leagues. Colston averages 4.3 recpt/gm, while Smith averages 6.7.
