Need QB help.... I have Matt Ryan....

I'm on a 4 game winning streak looking for #5. Don't know how, since my only QB is Matt Ryan. He is playing the NYG. All that's left to even consider is. J. Delhomme, Stafford, and Young. Should I go for any of them??? and bench Ryan??? Or should I roll with Ryan?
