Gore trade WHIR

Hey guys, just pulled the trigger on a trade sending Gore away. Im in heavy rebuild mode and Gore was my last blue chip. Im in a 12 team dynasty, we keep a 53 man roster, IDP, non PPr, and retain 40 guys each season with 7 RFA's and 6 UFA's.

I gave up:
Gore
Hawk
2010 #1 (8-12 range) realistically #11-12
2010 #3 (3.06 at best)

for:
Ruud
2010 #1 (1.02 or 1.03)
2010 #1 (1.04 or 1.05)

The trade allowed me to lock up picks # 2-5 in the first round as I already had 2 top 5 picks. The records of the four teams can switch, but they are guaranteed to be 2-5 in some order so it doesnt matter which one is which. I now have 6 #1 picks this season, #2-#5 and a potential #6-#12, and a #8-#12. My roster now looks like:

I think my core is looking good on Defense and at QB/TE. I need to hit on some HB's in the draft and with #2-#5 should get multiple HB's and my choice of the top WR's.

Do you think the trade was a good move or would you have kept Gore and the 1.08-1.12 and hoped for the best from the 2 top 5 picks already owned. The picks could fall anywhere from 2-5
