Playoff planning

I'm planning for my playoffs right now, and I hope it's okay to ask a question about week 16. I do this because I might need to reserve a spot on my roster, have trade considerations, someone might pickup the team I intend to pickup, etc.

Which defense would you guys start for wk 16?

Denver vs. Philadelphia
Indianapolis vs. NYJ
San Fransisco vs. Detroit

These seem to be my best three options. I was kind of leaning towards the 49s because they have an easy matchup. What do you think?

no-brainer- SF for SURE with that matchup, the other two might post you a NEGATIVE score.
