12 team H2H yahoo performance pool, .5pt per reception
I lost Ronnie Brown, luckliy i still have MJD. I have been offered the following:
Roddy/Mendenhall(Or McCoy) for Randy Moss/Snelling
Is this worth giving up Moss for? Other than Jones-Drew, my backs are now Maroney/Snelling/Cadillac. So i need the upgrade.
He also has DeSean Jackson who he will trade insteda of White.
Please advise!!

You and I are in the same boat. But you're in a much better position than I am. I would take that if it were offered to me. I don't think you lose much going from Moss to White. I'd prefer White to Jackson, but you could go either way IMO. I think it's a pretty good deal for you.
Heres mine

I would pull the trigger for sure. White is a notch below Moss, but you are getting a solid above average back who I am personally really high on at this point. You are upgrading your backs tremendously, while not taking a huge hit at WR spot. And I would take White over Jackson.....

I'd take that trade. Moss is obviously the best player involved, but if you can get solid #2 numbers out of Roddy, your team looks a lot better when RM instead of Maroney in your lineup.
Help me please?

Not much to add. This is a good deal for you. Roddy is a downgrade from Moss, but still good. And Mendenhall gives you a huge upgrade at RB (most importantly, a guy who's role we know for the rest of the season).
Help in return?

Totally agree with all the statements above. It is important you address your current weakness which happens to be RB and you are doing that by adding Mendenhall. Roddy is a downgrade from Moss but not by that much. GO FOR IT!
