Need some week 11 flex help: Harvin or Betts?

(12-team league, 1PPR, 6 pts per TD, 1 pt per 10 yds)

With Benson straining his hip muscle last Sunday, I ran to the waivers that afternoon and picked up both Ladell Betts and Beanie Wells. I like Wells' match-up better this week, so he's plugged into Benson's RB2 spot on my team (next to Chris Johnson). My WR1 and WR2 are Wayne (no-brainer) and Kevin Walter (I like the match-up).

That leaves me to decide between the following at flex:

Harvin vs. Seattle

or

Betts @ Dallas

Harvin has the better match-up against an iffy Seattle secondary than does Betts going against a stout Dallas run defense. However, Harvin is also contending with AP, Sidney Rice, and a coach who doesn't want to get him "overly involved." Plus he's a rookie.

I know Harvin's the "sexier" pick, but Betts has been crushing it while starting this year thus far. Who should I roll with this week? (WHIR)

I agree re Harvin...I think Favre is in love with Rice. I like the way Betts looked last week and I think he'll have another strong game this week.
