Ronnie Brown worth a pick up in a keeper league? WHIR

Postby kettledrum » Thu Nov 19, 2009 5:42 pm

Ronnie Brown was just dropped in a league I'm in.

Our keeper league rules: Allowed to keep up to two players in exchange for our 1st and 2nd round draft picks the next year.

Will Ronnie Brown still be worth a 1st or 2nd round pick next year?

As for my team....Ray Rice will surely be a keeper for me. I also have Slaton, but who knows how he will end the year and be keeper worthy or not.

If I pick up Ronnie I will have to drop someone like Sproles, Donald Brown, or Maroney. Is it worth adding him?

If your options for a keeper would be Ronnie Brown or Steve Slaton than I would drop Maroney and keep Rice and Ronnie however if you can only keep Rice and get a second round pick I think I would do that since you should be able to get someone better than Brown and then maybe even still get Brown in the 3rd or 4th round.

Please help with mine:

I don't have to keep two player, I can keep one, or even none if I choose to do so.

So I could keep Slaton, or Ronnie, or go for best available in the 2nd round.

I just don't know if Ronnie is worth the roster spot or not??
