Palmer or Ryan WHIR

Please help. Which QB should I start Palmer vs Oakland or Ryan vs. Giants. Both teams have good pass def and both just lost their starting RBs. Leaning towards Palmer because Ryan hasn't done much in the last couple of weeks. 1 pt for 25 yards and 6 pt for touchdown. WHIR

Palmer is the better, more experienced QB at this time I would go with him. Ryan has been struggling and it doesnt help now to lose a RB like Turner.

Im actually going to say Ryan here. OAK's clear strength on DEF is the pass game, and Im sure Marvin Lewis realizes this. I expect them to go run-heavy. ATL is also playing without their starting RB and go against a tough NYG Run D. I expect them to go pass heavy. He'll probably throw a pick or two, but I expect a breakout game from Ryan to get him back on track for the rest of the year.
