Debating on whether to take this for the playoff push?

do it...you have ricky williams to take gore's place, and that would improve your qb and wr positions.

If you can pull this trade off I would go for it, Williams will be a decent flex player for you as well. You could also look to flip either Brees or Schaub after you make this. Good luck.

Yeah if you can get that deal done I would do it in a heartbeat. If I owned Brees/Colston I would quickly decline it, though. Good luck.
