Trade Jennings and LT for Smith (NYG) WHIR

Postby wyld stallions » Thu Nov 19, 2009 7:42 pm

I have way too many RB and want to upgrade my WR. Is this trade giving too much or is it good. He also has Vicent Jackson but I do not think it is enough for him.

12 team, 2 Keeper league (one must be a rookie on your bench by week 3), ppr, h2h, 6pts/all tds, 1/30yrds passing, 1/10yrds rushing/receiving, 3 pts bonus for 300passing yrds/100rushing yrds/ 100 receiving yrds.

My team:
QB: Schaub, Hasselbeck, Garrard
RB: AP, LT, McCoy, Charles, Forsett, Benson, Betts
WR: Jennings, MSW, Mason
TE: Celek
K: Longwell
D: Den

I'm not sure Smith is that much of an upgrade over Jennings. I also agree that won't get Jackson. I think you would be giving up too much.

help?

12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring
QBs: Stafford, Fitzpatrick, Collins
RBs: Charles, Mendenhall, Best, Starks, Carter, Karim
WRs: D. Jackson, Marshall, S. Smith, Green,
TE: Hernandez, Cook

Yeah, I think you're giving up too much for Smith, and I'm not sure it would pay off for you anyway. Shop around and see what other owners have. The Jennings/LT package can get you a good WR.

Good luck, and please see mine:

Sorry, read that wrong. But yeah, I think you are giving up too much for Smith, with Benson's injury, you are going to need the RB depth, especially with LT coming off his best game. I'd stand pat, and hope Jennings starts to bust out.

I think you'd be giving up too much for Smith. Eli always scares me and LT might be on the resurge.
