Need trade help

Check out my team. I have Matt Ryan and Vince Young as my QBs. I picked up Young since he has good matchups in the playoffs.

So I was offered Favre and TO for McCoy

and while typing this message, just got another offer.

Romo and Roy Williams for McCoy and Meachem.

Should I do either one of these?

QB - M Ryan, V Young
WR - R Moss, S Smith (CAR), R Meachem
RB - F Gore, L McCoy, C Williams, J Charles, Snelling, Norwood
TE - Dallas Clark
K - Gostkowski
Def - Baltimore
League - 12 teams - Head to Head - PPR
Starters - QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, W/R, TE, K, Def

Definitely not the first one. TO stinks. The problem is, who would you play at RB without McCoy? I think Williams is coming around and Romo is an upgrade over your current QBs, so I can see this deal.

Personally I'd stand pat, I love McCoy from here on out, especially if its PPR. Williams and Owens are no more than match up 3rd WR plays at this point.
