Can you start 2 QBs? If so I'd do this...if not I wouldn't. Rivers is more than capable of being a starter for you, and if you get Peyton, Rivers will be wasted on your bench. Plus your WRs will take a significant hit.

The only way I'd do it in a 1 QB league is if you can turn around and move Rivers for an upgrade at WR.

2 QB league, I'd make the deal. Also, pick up some receivers from the WW.
