Driver for me, but its close. The reason I lean towards him is because of opportunities. In Pittsburgh Ward is competing with Holmes, Wallace, and Miller for targets, while Driver just has Jennings as the other main part in the passing game. Plus the Steelers have always had a spread that ball around mentality.
