*Big $$$ 12 tm, H2H Hyper-performance/Milestone keeper league:
QB-RB-RB-WR-WR-WR-TE-K-D/ST + several other options
*Warner, Flacco
*AP,*Bradshaw, Fargas, Kolby Smith, Chester T.
*R.White,*B.Marshall,*Austin, Mason, Manningham
(?)Carlson,(?)Scheffler
*Crosby
*MINN D/ST, GB D/ST
(7-3, 3rd in overall points)
Carlson and his 31yd TD was a nice surprise last week, but he has been anything but consistent so far this season, and while MINN gives up among the most fantasy pts to TEs I am reluctant to start him against my Fantasy D/ST, MINN this week... meanwhile, Scheffler had his biggest game of the year against these same San Diego Chargers a little over a month ago with 101/TD in Denver's big MNF win.
So... am I crazy to start Scheffler over Carlson this week? Even if Simms starts, I would think that Scheffler would serve as the perfect dump-off/safety valve against the Bolts to help get Simms into a rhythm, even if the passes are a bit shorter than normal.
TIA everyone
