DEADLINE TODAY, SHOULD I GET AP? (WHIR)

Postby toobitter » Fri Nov 20, 2009 12:55 pm

the deadline is today.

i've been offered the following deal

I get: Peterson, S. Moss
I give: Forte, R. Moss

Here's my roster
QB - D. McNabb
RB - M. Forte, T. Jones, P. Thomas, J. Charles, R. Moats
WR - R. Moss, R. White, M. Sims-Walker, K. Walter, T. Houshmanzadeh, D. Hester, S. Breaston
TE - J. Carlson
K - M. Crosby

His roster
QB - C. Palmer, M. Ryan
RB - A. Peterson, R. Mendenhall, L. McCoy, J. Jones, F. Jones, S. Greene
WR - A. Johnson, M. Massaquoi, S. Moss
TE - V. Shiancoe
K - J. Scobee

clearly he is lacking at wide and his RB depth is pretty awful. i on the other hand have a plethora of good wides, a handful of good, but not amazing RB's.
would i be giving up way too much for AP? i originally offered roddy, but he didn't seem as interested.

help. any other ideas?

I think I'd pass on that offer ... not too keen on what WR you'd have to used as a R.Moss replacement.

Assuming this is NOT ppr, I think I'd do it. Your giving up some WR points to get Peterson, but thats to be expected. I'd make the trade.

Peterson is under 25
Moss is over 30

The season wears on guys.

If you are way out in the lead I would not, but if you need to shake things up to make a run I might.

I think I would do it but its close. I have AP on my team and its great having a consistent reliable player each week. You have the Depth at WR, what about offering White AND adding someone like TJ in the package a little 3 for 2 deal.........
