Get: Shaub & Boldin Give: Fitzgerald & Mendenhall

I need help at QB and have a guy who might be willing to give up Schaub along with Boldin for Fitzgerald & Mendenhall. Sound reasonable? Our rosters are below:

WR: Fitzgerald, White, Cotchery, Avery
RB: Williams, Benson, Mendenhall, Wells, J. Charles, Snelling, Maroney
TE: Celek

HIM

QB: Brady, Schaub
WR: Boldin, Marshall, Crabtree, Breaston
RB: Westbrook, Grant, Addai, McCoy, Hightower
TE: Olsen

I hate to give up those two but I really need QB help.

I think it's a pretty decent deal for you... you do indeed need help at QB, and Schaub has been excellent so far. Boldin for Fitz is maybe 1 step down, but they're close.... and Mendy is a nice 3rd option for your team (assuming Benson gets healthy soon) but you have the depth at RB to cover losing him.

I wouldn't do this deal. Fitzgerald means too much to your WR core and your team would really not perform at max potential if you did this.

I know you need QB help.

I don't trust Cotchery or Avery.

Thanks for the feedback so far; very mixed feelings. The problem for me is that there aren't really any good QB options to turn to without a trade: Cassel, Sanchez, Henne, Bulger, etc. I can usually play the matchups well enough at the RB & WR positions to get decent points and my D (IDP) has been pretty good. I know Fitzgerald is a stud and as a Steelers fan I hate to give up Mendenhall, but I'm not sure that Boldin is that much of a downgrade now that he is (hopefully) completely healthy. Anyone else with thoughts?
