slaton for austin

Postby cardinalram » Fri Nov 20, 2009 8:42 pm

I'm wondering if slaton for austin would be a good trade...or if I need to change it some...I'm looking for an addition to my wr's

I have

tom brady
brandon marshall
chad ochocinco
kevin walter
deangelo williams
steve slaton
jason witten
robbie gould
san diego

joseph addai
nate burleson
michael crabtree
jeremy maclin
kyle orton
percy harvin

the other team has

matt schaub
reggie wayne
miles austin
steve smith (car)
maurice jones-drew
beanie wells
dallas clark
lawrence tynes
cincinnati

joe flacco
tj houshmandzadeh
ahmad bradshaw
chris chambers
ladell betts
minnesota

he's second in my league with second total points, i'm sixth with third total points
he just lost ronnie brown. it's yahoo standard. i think a wr addition would really help my team, to go with marshall and ochocinco.
thanks for any suggestions/thoughts on this trade/another trade

No dude. What you have is too many matchup WR. You need another RB for depth.

tom brady, kyle orton
brandon marshall, chad ochocinco. nate burleson, michael crabtree, jeremy maclin, kevin walter, percy harvin
deangelo williams, steve slaton, joseph addai
jason witten
robbie gould
san diego

Do me a favor post FA RBs.

That would leave you with 2 RBs and about 7 WR. There is no need for that unless you start 1 and 1 only RB and 5 WR. You see my point.

I would drop Orton and Walter and grab a better backup QB and another RB. What is available at QB and RB?
