Trade Colston on a 1 year?

Have a league where we have a franchise tag and a transition tag...
My one year player are: Colston/Caddie Williams/ M. Lynch... that's about it...

Think I could get this deal done:
Give Colston (1 year) & 2nd rd pick
for
D. Bowe(2 year) & 1st...

Then I could Franchise Caddie / Transition Lynch (neither of which thrills me...)

Or make a trade to get some other 1 year player to Franchise...

Does that make any sense? Is that worth it for a 1st round pick?

Lynch would be worth it doing that deal, but if you came out better, I hope you made right.
