Please Help. R Wayne for G Jennings and DeAngelo Williams

Postby noatak77 » Wed Nov 25, 2009 1:34 pm

I give up R Wayne to get G Jennings and Deangelo Williams.

What do you guys think about this trade? Should I pull the trigger and accept the trade?

I'm short at RB position with Turner being out for who knows how long and I only have P Thomas and Mike Bell left. Please advise.

Pull the trigger and don't look back, especially considering you have Turner.

This is a tough one to me. Wayne is that good. I think I would do it simply because I think Thomas is limited by the weapons that NO has. Heck, last week, Bell took TDs from him. No reason why that might not continue, especially when Bush is healthy.
12 Team League. We start 2 QBs and get .5 PPR, otherwise standard scoring

Thanks for the feed back.
I too have mix feelings about this trade. I figured that in the long run I will have more value with Jennings and Williams since they both will definitely play all the way 'til week 17, my league's championship week. (I'm hoping to make it there) Also, it is tough to decide which of the 2 NO backs to play.
I pulled the trigger and hope it pays off.

Yes I would. Essentially you swap one stud WR for another and gain a stud RB.

GO FOR IT MAN AND HOPE IT PASSES VOTING.

In my league, Yahoo decides on the trade. We can write in to protest and it seems like it would have to be a very good reason for them to veto the trade. Last week, Yahoo approved a trade that most of us think it was an uneven trade: Randy Moss for Ricky Williams and Calvin Johnson. I don't see why this trade would be veto. We'll see.

Thanks for the input.

make the trade. Jennings will have better second half of season. all offensive weapons will be available for rodgers which opens up jennings. Plus williams? great deal. Colts will sit their starters at the end as they always do.
