Defensive Struggle.... Safety and Corners

I have only one spot for a safety. I have Roman Harper and Eric Weddle. I'm not sure who to start...
I also have two corneback spots, but I have Champ Bailey, Cedric Griffin, Nick Harper, and Jerraud Powers. I am thinking Nick Harper and Champ Bailey at the moment. Can anyone help me there?
