RB Help -- Forsett vs Jones WHIR

I picked up Justin Forsett when Julius Jones went down with an injury. This week, they say Jones will play, but how much? Do I keep Forsett in? Or should I take a chance on Jones playing most of the game? Any have an inside scoop or suggestion on the carry distribution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
