Start McNabb or Hasselback - Week 12 - WHIR - promise

Postby Tom Emanski AllStars » Thu Nov 26, 2009 6:03 pm

Start ?
McNabb vs WAS
Hasselback vs STL

1pt for 50yd passing
6pt for passing TD
3pt for +300yd passing
EDIT: no negative for turnovers

Hasselback got the better matchup, but McNabb and the eagles are sure to throw it 40-50 times per game and their redzone offense consists of McNabb with no viable running game

Start Seahawk DEF vs STL without Bulger
OR
Start Charger DEF vs KC

I would say Hasselback. Washington is not good but they do have a good pass D. I have McNabb as well but I am starting Ryan. It is very hard for me to sit McNabb but I think this is the week to do that. I do not believe it but one of the anoucers said last week that Washington was the #1 pass D in the NFL. I doubt that to be true but they are tough. I think Hasselback definately has a better matchup and has the better potential.

I would go with McNabb in a pass-happy offense. Seattle will likely just run it all over STL.

Seattle D...

As for McNabb vs Hass... Toughy, but I'd go with McNabb as well.

Personally I will take Hasselbeck's 250+ yards and 2-3 TDs over McNabb's 200 yards maybe and a score with an INT in there somewhere....

I would go with Hasselback this week against a defense that doesn't have that strong of a pass rush and a weak secondary. McNabb historically has not excelled against WAS. To back that up, i would also start the Seattle defense. Bulger is out, and Seattle will just have to shut down SJAX - who is the Rams only offensive weapon.
