What kind of league is this and what positions do you start in this league?

Dynasty Keeper or Redraft league?
Regardless, if you can start 3 RBs each week then no I wouldn't do that deal.
You probably wouldn't start Burleson over any of your WRs, and Minny isn't much of an improvement over the Charging Chargers for the rest of the year.
