I'm guessing that being from Yakima, you're a Seahawks fan. Forsett isn't a bad play here, even if JJ starts, he'll get plenty of work. But I don't see how you can sit down the primary back in an offense like Philly's. McCoy would be my pick here. Good luck!

I'm in the same situation. I'm starting Forsett if Jones doesnt play. St Louis run D is horrible. I really don't think he's going to, check rotoworld. If Jones by chance does play, which means he'll start, I'm going McCoy. Gotta go with the starter/primary ball carrier.

I know the matchup favors Forsett but McCoy is on the better offense and is the primary ball carrier. I'd go with McCoy.

Help please?

I admire your optimism and loyalty. I think Forsett has probably earned the job but they say if Jones is healthy (he practiced very little this week) he will start. Jones had his best week of the season against STL but “C’mon Man”; don’t most RBs have their best game of the season against STL? If Jones starts and has success early in the game, and why shouldn’t he, will they stick with him a bit more than Forsett?? I think probably so. Even if Jones gets the “start” Forsett will see some action but Jones may very well see most of the carries

In my opinion, McCoy is your best option. He is now the man in Philly and will not be sharing many touches. PHI is going against WAS. WAS has the #1 pass defense in the league and are 25th against the run. That said the Eagles should run, run, run, run a do run, run.

If you knew for sure that Jones was out and that Forsett would get the majority of touches then you might be able to justify Forsett, especially against STL.

If I were in your shoes I would go with McCoy.

Please take a look at my situation at the link below.

I like McCoy but I honestly think Jones will play sparingly for Seattle. It's abump for me with and upside to McCoy IMO. The Wash/Philly Game will be all about field goals (as usual).
