I actually like Meachem here, Brees always looks for him a couple times during the game with a chance to score. The Patriots secondary has no one who can match up physically with Meachem and I think he has a big game.

In order:
Meachem
Breaston
Sproles
Moss

Make that two for Meachum. Santana is a guy with immense talent that you just can't justify playing if you have other options because the rest of his offense is so bad. Sproles is unpredictable production-wise, so I think he's out as well. Breaston, like Meachum, is a third receiver, but the Saints game is more likely to be a shootout than the Cards game.
