HELP!! PPR!! Last wk,.. gotta win to make playoffs. WHIR

OK,... espn ppr league,.... major decisions to make. In 7th place out of twelve,... last week of our regular season. Top 9 make playoffs (8th and 9th place play for wildcard spot in 8 league shootout).
1 qb, 2 rb, 2 wr, 1 rb/wr, 1 te, 1 dst, 1 k
1 ppr, 10carries per pt, 1 pt per 10 yds rush/rec, 1 pt per 25yds pass, 6pts per td
FG's 3-5pts depending on length, 1pt per xp,... -1 for missed FG

Brett Favre vs Chi (starting so far)
Hasselbeck @ StL (Matchup makes it tempting)

Forte @ Min (RB PPR god, 83pts last 4 wks,.. but Philly held him to 12)
Snelling vs TB (seems to be a must start 45pts last 2 wks)
Slaton vs Indy (didn't do good last meeting,.. but didn't start either,.. playing for his job now.)
Beanie @ Ten (44 pts last 2 wks)

Harvin vs Chi (passed Berrian for #2wr,.. I have Favre,... my opponent has Rice,... playing Chi at home,....)
Cotchery vs Carolina (Sanchez struggling,..Carolina as Pass D gods,... but will they double Edwards or Cotchery?)
Sims-Walker @ SF (New QB,... but he's been a machine. 63pts last 3 games ,.. TD in all of those)
Colston vs NE (been inconsistent,... but it is MNF,.. only 18.1pts last 3 wks combined and no TDs)
Chambers @ SD (46pts last 3 wks,... been a PPR god,.. and will he be out to prove something to SD?)
Bess @ Buf (34pts last 3 wks,... PPR machine,.. 12pts against CAR,... will he shine against BUF?)

Olsen ,... only TE I have

ATL vs TB (Should hold TB low,.. and a few turnovers)
SF vs Jac (has shined at times,... but could be a fairly high scoring affair,... ya never know about JAC)

Billie Cundiff vs Pit (Baltimore stalls in RZ lately,.. could be many FG attempts,.. and a few long ones)
Dan Carpenter @ Buf (will have opportunity,... but will it be all xp's?)

Gotta have this win!! Had 125 pts last week and STILL LOST!!
TD 6-12 varies on length, Any reverse role TD is DOUBLE PTS

Run/Rec 50yds=2, 100=4, 150=6, 200=10
Passing 250yds=1, 300=3, 350=4, 400=5, 450=7

FG= 3-12 varies on length.

D/ST sack=1, under 300yds=3 ,INT/FR=1. D/ST TD's are DOUBLE PTS.

QB: You're obviously starting Favre here. He's been a stud this year.

RB: Snelling and Wells. Snelling is an obvious start, and I think the Cards will run a lot more than they normally do this week with Warner less than 100% and the Titans pass D getting its swagger back. Slaton and Forte, well--you just can't start either one right now. I have Forte, too, and he's been on my bench quite a bit recently and rarely given me reason to believe he should've been elsewhere. That said, I think he's your best bet at FLEX given your other options.

WR: Sims-Walker and Colston...this decision is trivial IMO. You've got two studs and a bunch of servicable-at-best options.

TE: Olsen's a great guy to have even if he is your only option. I'm a fellow owner as of a few weeks ago, and he's played great recently and helped me out a ton.

WR/RB: Tough. As much as I hate him, as I said above I think you have to go Forte here. He'll get you 6ish sure points and not much else, more than likely, which is more sure points than I see from any of your other options.

K: Kickers are crapshoots, but I like Cunfiff here for the reasons you noted.

DST: Gotta go with ATL here. SF vs. JAX could be a shootout. I'm sure you saw Jennings light up that secondary last week. MSW is licking his chops.
