Although I don't love his matchup (at all, really), I say Charles. He's the only show in town for the Chiefs, and will definitely get more touches than Maroney. Maroney won't see the ball as much as he normally does this week if Morris plays, although I think he'll see the end zone. Charles scoring is something I'm less sure about, but I still think he gets more points. I see their lines looking something like this:

Maroney: 30 yards, 1 TD
Charles: 90-100 yards, possible TD

Charles will definitely get more touches no doubt. More touches of course means more opportunities, so Charles.

Charles has a nice game vs PITT, which surprised me. But I would probably roll him in there vs SD over Maroney @ NO. He will get twice as many touches and receives well out of the backfield.

You never know with Bill Belechik, I think Maroney might only get 4 carries. You know for sure Charles will get a decent amount of carries, go with him.

i think NE vs NO will be a shootout, and could mean goal-line carries for Maroney.. but with Morris potentially playing, i think its safer to start Charles at this point

i agree with the consensus here.

charles is the catalyst for the chiefs offense. maroney is one piece of a machine with many parts.

If JJ is out I would start Forsett because St. Louis allows 25pts (fantasy) on average to RB.
Jamaal Charles has the second easiest matchup because SD run defense is sub standard.
I don't trust any NE running backs.

i would go Maroney.

5 straight games with a TD. KC has 1 all season. seems like a no brainer to me.
