Is there only one RB or flex spot? Why can't you play both?

I actually like Williams for this game. The Dolphins have at best an average passing game and I have a feeling they are going to run until williams legs fall off. I could easily see 30 touches in this game for williams.

hard to sit MJD, but Ricky Williams has the hot hand right now and playing a Bills team with a flat out terrible run D. Edge goes to Ricky Williams.

Man I would love to have this dilema... but I would go with MJD. Chad Henne is not going to beat anyone so Buf is gonna focus on RW. You cannot sit MJD...

Thanks for your help. Normally I would go with MJD, but I think I would start Ricky this week. I don't really think you can go wrong either way though. Kind of a nice problem to have. lol

Wow is this like a 4 team league?!! HA Nice problem to have.
MJD is so strong and Ricky is due for a let down against a sorry Buffalo D. I'd look at matchups and say Chris Johnson has the tougher match up going against Arizona D.
Realistically you can't bench any of these guys right now. But thinking this is a smaller league you can probably afford to bench MJD. But I still think Johnson is slowed up a little this week.
