Flex help: Housh or Cartwright?

PPR league, standard scoring. Who should I start at flex? Housh is at St. Louis. Cartwright is at Philly.

I'm starting Wayne, MSW, Rice, and McCoy.

With standard scoring, I'd go with Cartwright.

I think I would go with Cartwright in this case. With Campbell at QB cartwright is probably going to get 4+ catches in this game and is now the only running back.
