C.J. is a given, but I need to choose 2 more from this list, currently because of injury concerns I have Turner and Benson on the bench and I have McCoy and Forsett starting, but if Turner and Benson are a go and Jones is out do I stick with what I have starting?

If turner or Benson goes I would start one of them with Turner being the first option. I would stick with Forsett over McCoy...

Looks like Turner and Benson are playing, but considering their injuries and easy match ups I'm expecting less touches and early exits so I'm sticking with Forsett with Jones now officially out and McCoy against a Haynesworthless D.
