What do you do w/ Carson Palmer/Eagles Def now??? WHIR

12 team keeper league, i need a W and one team to lose to make it in the playoffs.
QBs Pass TD 4pts, 10 pt bonus over 300 yds. 1 pts rec TE, .75 pts rec WR .5 pts rec RB 5 pt bonus over 100 yds rush or rec

Im sick of the Bengals run 1st game plan. Palmer is not putting up points and i think its time to drop him. What do you think?

here are my options.

Drop Palmer for = either Matt Cassell, K Orton , Stafford, Alex Smith or Josh Freeman and start one of them? or bench Palmer and start Vince Young who is on my bench.

Also, its time to part with Eagles Def, my league is heavy on pts for def but the eagles minus the 2 monster weeks have been below avg. I need to go with a better D, i need points! they have scored 4, 8 and 8 pts the last 3 weeks. Their secondary is week, they lost a ton of guys on def and they are avg at best.
Pick up Den, Packers, 49ers, Carolina or Bills?
