Both have absolutely delectable matchups but I'm going against a guy playing Pittsburg D vs Oakland so I need every sack, turnover, DTD I can get.

Who puts up the most points and why?

I'd confidently start San Diego @ CLE. The Browns have absolutely ZERO offensive threats and a QB who, unless he's playing detroit, tends to throw between 5-13 completions per game, including those to the other team. The chargers are on a serious roll, offensively and defensively, so they are going to get some sacks, some INTs and hopefully a DTD.
