DEF help!! WHIR

If I win this week I lock into the playoffs... playing the top team in the league, so every point helps.
My defense has been pretty miserable lately, I have NYG and Baltimore right now.

Should I drop the Giants (v. Dal this week) and pick up. Baltimore is against GB, I don't like that matchup.

Carolina v. TB
or
San Fran. v. Sea
