Start Avant or Collie at WR3?

Who would you start at third wideout with these two options?

Avant may see more looks this week since DJAX is out. May even start. Its a crap shoot here to be honest.. Either one could do well but I would lean towrad Avant here..

I would definitely roll with Avant, especially with DJax out. Teams have been feasting on the Falcons' secondary all year, so it's a plus match-up for him as well.

Another for Avant...ATL has a week secondary...Avant gain D Mac's trust last week with a huge game. Jackson is out so Avant is prime for the big down filed plays...

Agreed...Avant over Collie. Avant vs. Garcon might be a little closer, but I'd probably still go with Avant. ATL's weak secondary and Desean Jackson being out, plus the fact that he's been getting the targets are plenty of reasons to roll with Avant this week!

I added him in two leagues as a backup. We start three WRs in each league. League 1: R Wayne, V Jackson, and MSW. League 2: V Jackson, Boldin, and MSW. If Warner's out, I'll start Avant over Boldin...

Just an update, Avant blew ass this week. Despite him, I still won.

In my leagues, Collie outscored Avant by four, 7-3. Of course, that four point difference would've been easier to take if it was 17-13!

I almost started Avant over MSW, but decided not to at the last minute. Talk about being bad...MSW was projected highly everywhere I looked...he scored ONE point!

All we can do is give it our best guess. As they say, "That's why they play the games!"

By the way, were you whooping and hollering over the Dolphins win?!? I was just hoping that Carpenter wouldn't shank it! They still have a chance...about the same chance that I have to win the lottery, but it's still something...

What? We (Fins) have a much better chance at the playoffs then you're giving credit for. Two wins over the Jets and the Pats are like only a game up. Keep the faith brother fin.
