Who to start as WR 3? WHIR

WR 3 help needed. This is a PPR league. I have Sidney Rice and Derrick Mason in as 1 & 2.

Jason Avant, Kenny Britt, or Mike Wallace. I currently have Avant in, but I am having second thoughts. Thanks for the help!
