Is Cartwright a Good Start this Week (vs. NO)?

Rock gets the start at home vs. a weak NO run defense. I could also go with Ryan Grant at home on Mon night against the Ravens which is better in stopping the run. Thoughts?

I'd start Rock over Grant. He's a solid RB and I'd imagine WAS will try to keep the ball on the ground as long as they can keep the game somewhat close.
