Jeff Spicoli Sig Request Please

Using the 2 images, I would like the main image of the sig to be the one of Jeff Spicoli and Mr. Hand. Then take the head of Al Davis and replace Mr. Hand's head with it. Then, somewhere in the sig I would like for it to say:

"HEY, I KNOW THAT DUDE!"
