Please help. Pick 2 RB and 2R for week 13, WHIR

I am going to start AP for sure but I need 2 more RB's and cannot decide on WR.

Please pick 2 RB from blow:

LT vs. Cle (easy matchup and has been scoring)
Benson vs. Det (easy matchup but has been hurt)
McCoy vs. Atl (easy matchup and Phi could get out ahead early)
Charles vs. Den (the only one left in the backfield, going to get goal line)
Forsett vs. SF (prob. not going to us him w/ tweaked quad and uncertainty of JJones return)

Please pick 2 WR from below:

MSW vs. Hou (should put up good numbers)
Jennings vs. Bal (I think Bal will get a lot of pressure on Rogers, when Rogers is under pressure he seems to go to Driver)
Mason vs. GB (Woodson has been a beast this year and mason will see plenty of him)

12 team, 2 Keeper league (one must be a rookie on your bench by week 3), ppr, h2h, 6pts/all tds, 1/30yrds passing, 1/10yrds rushing/receiving, 3 pts bonus for 300passing yrds/100rushing yrds/ 100 receiving yrds.
