I have to go with Warner. The Niners pass D is very suspect and I feel like Warner and Co. are hitting their stride at the right time.

Division rivalry may make this (SF/ARIZ) a somewhat closer game than appears on the surface,
but I think I'd go Warner here. SF is now a more pass-oriented team at this point, so could be a shootout.
Also would be hard to sit Warner on MNF after his near flawless performance against the Vikings D.

Favre & co. should play better with a chip on their shoulder after getting crushed by the Cards,
but solid, hungry Bengals D combined with a more balanced MINNY run/pass attack gives the
overall QB edge to Warner IMO.

Its a tough call, i live in Phoenix so ive seen the last couple AZ and SF games and they usually are pretty close low scoring games,
that being said i still would play warner, cincy is alot better defensively and since AP did so bad last week they might try to pound the ball instead of being pass crazy
