Start holmes w/ weather? 30mph winds, snow..

Hey guys, Holmes is having some great games as of late, I really want to start him but the forecast for cleveland is like 25-40mph winds with a snowstorm!

How would this effect the passing game for pitt?

I could replace him with Jeremy Maclin or Chris chambers..

any thoughts?
