Week 14 TE: Start Boss over Shiancoe?

Picked up Boss off of waivers this week back when Shiancoe's status was a bit more in doubt. Should I stick with him vs. Philly (who're giving up a lot of points to TE's), or ride out Shiancoe against Cincinnati, who also aren't particularly strong when it comes to defending TE's?

I figure that if Harvin sits due to migraines, I'll go with Shiancoe and hope he picks up some of the slot/over-the-middle work (I also have Harvin, so I'm hoping he plays). But still wondering if Boss isn't a better choice, given Manning's tendency to target him in the red zone.
