It seems fairly straight forward to me:

Chris Johnson (lock)
DeAngelo Williams (lock)
Dallas Clark (lock)
Sidney Rice (young receiver developing well, showing promise for down the line.. already has 1000 yds for the season)

I can see where some might keep Manning instead of Rice if they are a little more optimistic about Manning's future value than I am. Other than that, I dont see any others on the team being anywhere close to these other 5.

Good posting.

I'm going to call the locks CJ4.24, DeAngelo, and Sidney Rice. I feel like Rice has established himself as one of the top young WRs in the league this year. His value is not just a product of Favre's superior play, Rice has made some amazing catches with good consistency. And his leaping ability/size means he is going to be a top option in the redzone for years to come. With so much of fantasy value coming from TD production, his TD potential significantly increases his value IMO.

I agree that Clark should probably be the final keeper. But I think a good case could be made for Crabtree (better than for Manning) due to his incredible potential and higher positional value (relative to Clark). Crabtree missed half the season then stepped back in without missing a beat. In one of the most difficult positions for rookies to adjust learn to boot. That alone goes a long way in proving just how talented he is.

For me there would only be 2 locks. Chris Johnson and Deangelo Williams you have to keep. Sydney Rice I like but a lot would depend on weather or not Favre comes back next year (I think that Tarvaris Jackson or Rosenfels would significantly hurt his value). If Favre comes back Rice is your 3rd. As far as your fourth for me it would be Crabtree, but I wouldn't fault someone for keeping Clark over him.

this to me is a no brainer. i like crabtree, but clark is proven commodity and a top plaeyr at a thin position. the way he produces is like a WR also. Go with him. You stand a MUCH better chance of getting MC in the draft than Clark.
