Three tough calls, or roll with it??

I finished 13-1 in my league and I have the first round of the playoffs this week, am I over thinking things or should I just go with what got me there. Here are my issues:
QB-
Palmer @SD- starter him all year long, hasn't been consistent, @ SD against a tough defense
other options
Eli @ Wash- they have a tough defense, on Monday night, Eli has been up and down all year long
Orton vs Oak- Marshall had a great week last week but matched up vs Namdi, Oak had a good pass defense, but Wash threw on them last week

RB-
D. Williams @ Minny- playing one of the toughest run def's in the league, Moore is most likely starting at qb, no real passing threat

other option
Benson @SD- they are running the ball a lot, SD has a ok run defense, #21

WR-
Calvin vs Ariz- if Stafford is in he plays well, he has had horrible stats with C-Pep in there, who knows what Ariz team will show up

other option
S. Rice vs Minny- he has became Favres favorite target, should be running the ball with the lead early, could still steal a td
