I'd go Steve Smith. Vikings are both a good run-stopping team and a team likely to get a lead and force Carolina to pass. Meachem should have opportunities against Dallas too, but the Saints will spread it around more.

Well Smith could be quite good. Vikes have a suspect pass defence and Steve Smith goess off usually against the Vikes.
I would consider benching Holmes or Mason for Meachem though. While it's true the Saints will spread the ball around, I feel like Dallas will put some points against the Saints as well keeping it in a shootout type of game. Packers have been pretty good against the pass for the most part as of late and Steelers look like they have no heart.
