Two part question:
I am probably gonna trade one of these two guys: should I trade away Forte OR Moreno assuming I get back the same players in return for each?

How would you rank these RBs with regard to the rest of this year and for next year on a Dynasty League w/PPR?
1. Chris Jennings
2. Arian Foster
3. Quinton Ganther

Forte should gain you a higher net in return.

Actually, I've been offered more for Moreno so far.
For Moreno, been offered Vernon Davis and San Holmes
For Forte, only Bowe and B. Scott.

Should I take either of those offers?

I wouldn't touch any of those offers, especially the Moreno offer - I think he's a top-15 player in most draft formats next year, and a top-3 TE and a streaky receiver is not NEARLY enough value for him in a dynasty/keeper format IMO...
