This sounds very bad, regardless of the situation falling out of a moving vehicle is not good.

Preliminary reports indicate, a domestic situation began at a residence on Peachtree Road. According to police, his fiance got into a pickup truck and drove away from the residence. As she was driving away, Henry jumped into the bed of the truck. Police say at some point when his fiance was driving, Henry fell out of the back of the vehicle

Chris Henry's injuries stemming from a car accident were reportedly fatal, according to Gerry Fraley's (Dallas Morning News) twitter page.

Looks like that reporter MIGHT have jumped the gun, as there are no other reports anywhere of a fatality (though none are denying the fact either)...

Everyone is sticking to the story of "life-threatening injuries" and there should be an update in a couple of hours
